before you book
Book early for private events
Permit layouts for beach activations are submitted at least 90 business days before the event.
Team building lead time
Team building permits are filed at least 14 business days ahead.
Sea turtle season
Nesting season runs April 1 to October 31. We plan setups around it.
Weather
We make the weather call the morning of the event and can move games and some equipment indoors.
Waivers
Everyone taking part in games and activities signs a waiver.
Beyond Miami Beach
Events outside our operating area may carry delivery and city permitting costs.
